Everything I need to run my marathon
Really like how the belt doesn’t shake or sag while running. Great running belt
Ordered my belt and soft flask as I train for my first marathon. But with holiday shopping and so many deliveries my package was lost and was never delivered. I reached out to Endorphin Customer support to see if they can help due to USPS unable to provide any assistance and did not accept any responsibility of my lost package. But Endorphin - The Co-Owner Andy immediately replied to my email and sent me a replacement to ensure I continue my training and achieve my goals. He went above and beyond with his help and utilized UPS.....not USPS this time to ensure my belt would be delivered and not Lost. He helped me when it was not their error, to make sure I continue my training and achieve my marathon goal. The service and commitment to their customers shows the pride they have in their product. I enjoyed this belt for the few months I used it but I do have a few gripes. With the full water bottle (the one that comes with this bundle) it is awfully hard to insert into the carry pouch. And after a few months of use the elastic on this portion ripped which was disappointing. I felt if they made the opening more accessible this could have been avoided. That said, I do enjoy the minimal bounce the belt offers and the ability for storage.
I purchased for a Christmas present so I am not able to give a review, however, it was requested by my son who is a runner and who researches EVERYTHING so I'm assuming it is and will be a great product.
