The divider in the water-proof pouch is a waste of space, make the pouch smaller. When wearing it is tough to get a IPhone 14 w/ slim case in & out.
To help with space/flexibility in the main pouch it could be made with a tri-fold instead of the bi-fold.
Unfortunately I would not use it for a marathon for the lack of ability to access the main pouch.
Belt snugs up nicely and there is minimal bounce. You barely notice it is there after a few steps. Recommend a thin layer of padding on the inside of the phone pouch. Not sure it is 100% water proof, but the face of my phone was much more dry after a high humidity, sweaty 10k than it would have been in the thigh pocket of compression shorts.
I’ve been a huge fan of this belt for a few months now. I could go on about how much I love it both as a runner and also as a mom. I’ve worn it for not only training runs and half marathons, where it eliminated my need for other belts and vests, but also to a water park (in the pool!) where it kept my essentials totally dry. On the daily it keeps kid snacks at the ready in the mesh pocket with all my essentials secure while easily hidden under a sweatshirt and still has that incredible ZERO bounce feature when I’m booking it across the parking lot after a two year old. It’s also the only belt where I can conceal carry at the same time without chafing. I had 5 moms ask me for the link to buy the belt while at the waterpark and of course I sent it. All my running friends have bought one.

I went on a 4 mile run mostly to try out the belt and it was fantastic, no bouncing at all and super comfortable. I would recommend 💯
I have logged 20-miles now with my endorphin belt. Everything stays put while running and there is No bounce. The gel holders are a good concept but they rub your side. They are pretty hard to get in and out. Water bottle pocket is perfect.
