Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 9:00 PM ET are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 9:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

Cost: Free on all U.S. orders over $60

Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days

Standard shipping may be fulfilled by USPS or UPS depending on destination.

Expedited Shipping

We offer paid expedited options at checkout. Available options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays or Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Orders with incorrect addresses that have already shipped may not be retrievable, and additional charges may apply for reshipment.
