How to Use:

1. Squeeze the plastic toggle and remove the black cord.
2. Loop one end of the cord around your Endorphin Belt.
3. Thread the cord through the hole in your race bib.
4. Compress the toggle and insert both ends of the cord into the toggle’s hole.
5. Repeat on the opposite side.
